Who we are
This website, rotobake.com, is operated by Bharat Engineering Works, trading as RotoBake ("RotoBake", "we", "us"), a bakery machinery manufacturer based at A-103/4, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2, New Delhi — 110020, India (GST: 07AAAFB5093Q1Z1). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights over it.
Information we collect
Most of the information we hold is information you choose to give us. The main way we receive it is the enquiry form on our Contact Us page, which asks for your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, the product or service you're interested in, and any message you add. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed and whether enquiry links (WhatsApp, phone, email or quotation buttons) are clicked. Google Analytics is loaded only after you click "Accept analytics" in the notice shown on your first visit. If you click "Decline", or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (such as _ga) and records information such as the pages you view, the enquiry links you click, your device and browser type, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics, and Google signals and advertising features are turned off. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage for up to 12 months. If you click a quotation button on a product page, the model name is kept in your browser's session storage for up to 30 minutes so it can be added to the enquiry form; it is not sent to Google Analytics. Apart from Google Analytics (only if you accept), the information collected automatically is what your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address recorded in our web hosting provider's standard server logs, and the request your browser makes to Google Fonts (see below).
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to send a quote, discuss a bakery layout, or arrange a call. We do not use your information for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not sell or rent your information to any third party.
Third-party service providers
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit receives the information you enter into the form in order to deliver it to us; we do not control FormSubmit's own systems, and we recommend reviewing their privacy practices if you have questions about that step specifically. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) receives the website-usage information described above; you can read Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts (provided by Google LLC), which receives your IP address and browser details when the font files are downloaded; this happens on every page, whatever your analytics choice. Beyond form delivery, fonts and (only with your permission) website analytics, we do not share your information with any other third party.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where an enquiry leads to an order, for as long as needed to fulfil that order and meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below and we will do so unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics data linked to cookies or identifiers is kept for 14 months for user-level data and 2 months for event-level data under our current Google Analytics settings, after which Google deletes it; aggregated reports that do not identify you may be kept longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email us at info@rotobake.com or call +91-8447443445. You can withdraw or change your analytics choice at any time with the "Change your analytics choice" button on this page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). If you withdraw consent after accepting, delete the _ga cookies in your browser to remove the identifier already stored.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and disputes relating to it are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or business practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
