A quote we send you is valid for the period stated in that quote and is subject to written confirmation before it becomes a binding order. For international orders, shipment terms (such as Ex-Works from our New Delhi factory or CIF to a named port) are agreed per order and stated in your quote or sales contract. Installation, commissioning, and operator training are included as described on the relevant product page and are scheduled directly with our team once a machine is confirmed.
