sugar-grind
The Industrial Sugar Grinder is built by RotoBake in New Delhi to turn refined granulated sugar into fine icing or powdered sugar, at 50-150 kg per hour with fineness adjustable from 50 to 200 microns via screen change. A high-speed SS impact rotor spins at 2,800 RPM inside an SS304 grinding chamber, driven by a 3.7 kW motor on a 415V three-phase supply.
It's available in an MS body (standard, food-grade epoxy painted) or a full SS304 body (premium) — weighing 120 kg and 145 kg respectively, with overall dimensions of 600 × 500 × 900 mm.
Every unit ships with on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training included, backed by RotoBake's 10-year spare-parts guarantee. RotoBake has manufactured bakery machinery in New Delhi since 1964 and exports to bakeries across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.
