The RB-DM-1500 is a compact dough moulder built by RotoBake in New Delhi, using dual 4-roller sets (2 sets) to shape dough pieces weighing 200 to 2,000 grams at under 1,500 pieces per hour. It uses 1 pressure cushion, a 430 mm band width, and handles dough up to 330 mm wide with a pillow length of 300 to 450 mm. Dough enters at 900 mm and exits at 750 mm, powered by a 1.1 kW motor on a 380–415V three-phase supply. The machine measures 780 × 3,910 × 1,500 mm and weighs approximately 260 kg.
