SMF-50 Fixed Bowl Spiral Mixer
The SMF-50 is a mid-range fixed-bowl spiral mixer built by RotoBake in New Delhi for consistent dough in commercial bread, pizza, and pastry production. It mixes 50 kg of flour (80 kg dough) per batch in a 100-litre fixed rotating bowl, with water absorption up to 65% and a typical batch time of 10-15 minutes.
A 5 HP motor drives the mixer through a heavy-duty, gear-driven gearbox with dual speed as standard. Contact parts — spiral arm and breaker bar — are SS304 stainless steel, and safety features include an interlock guard, emergency stop, and overload protection. The SMF-50 weighs approximately 450-500 kg.
