SMR-100 Removable Bowl Spiral Mixer
The SMR-100 is an industrial spiral mixer built by RotoBake in New Delhi with a trolley-mounted removable bowl for fast batch changeovers and direct dough transfer to the next process step. It mixes 100 kg of flour (160 kg dough) per batch in a 160-litre bowl with mechanical or hydraulic locking, water absorption up to 65%, and a typical batch time of 12-18 minutes. A 10 HP motor drives an independent bowl drive plus heavy-duty gearbox, with a standard control panel (PLC optional). Contact parts — bowl, spiral arm, breaker bar — are SS304 stainless steel, with bowl-sensor and emergency-stop safety. The SMR-100 weighs approximately 1,200-1,400 kg.
