RB-10T — 10 Tray Table Top Proofer
The RB-10T 10 Tray Table Top Proofer is RotoBake's 10-tray table-top proofer, built for small bakeries and cloud kitchens. It holds 10 trays with no trolley (table-top unit), sized for the standard 13" × 18" tray with custom sizes available on request, with external dimensions of 700 (W) × 650 (D) × 900 (H) mm and internal dimensions of 480 (W) × 490 (D) × 750 (H) mm.
Power supply is 1.5 kW / 220V / 50Hz / Single Phase, driving the Electric Heating Element + Steam Generator to maintain 25°C – 45°C temperature and 70% – 95% RH humidity via Digital Microprocessor Controller with Timer. The unit is built in SS 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with 50 mm PUF Insulation, and sealed with a Full-View Double-Pane Glass Door.
The RB-10T weighs approximately 48 kg and ships with RotoBake's 1-year parts & labour warranty. RotoBake has manufactured bakery machinery in New Delhi since 1964 and exports proofers and other bakery equipment to bakeries across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.
