RB-12TR — Twelve Trolley Proofer
The RB-12TR Twelve Trolley Proofer is RotoBake's twelve-trolley, 216-tray proofer, built for large-scale bakery operations. It holds 216 trays across 12 trolleys (18 trays per trolley), sized for the standard 13" × 18" tray with custom sizes available on request, with external dimensions of 8800 (W) × 1200 (D) × 2200 (H) mm and internal dimensions of 8600 (W) × 980 (D) × 2000 (H) mm.
Power supply is 18 kW / 415V / 50Hz / Three Phase, driving the Multi-Zone Heating + Industrial Steam Generator to maintain 25°C – 45°C temperature and 70% – 95% RH humidity via PLC-Based Digital Controller with Touch Display + Data Logger. The unit is built in SS 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with 75 mm PUF Insulation, and sealed with 12× Full-View Double-Pane Glass Doors.
The RB-12TR weighs approximately 980 kg and ships with RotoBake's 1-year parts & labour warranty. RotoBake has manufactured bakery machinery in New Delhi since 1964 and exports proofers and other bakery equipment to bakeries across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.
