RB-2TR — Double Trolley Proofer
The RB-2TR Double Trolley Proofer is RotoBake's double-trolley, 36-tray proofer, built for mid-scale production bakeries. It holds 36 trays across 2 trolleys (18 trays per trolley), sized for the standard 13" × 18" tray with custom sizes available on request, with external dimensions of 1700 (W) × 850 (D) × 2050 (H) mm and internal dimensions of 1520 (W) × 700 (D) × 1850 (H) mm.
Power supply is 4.5 kW / 220V – 415V / 50Hz, driving the Dual Heating Elements + Steam Generator to maintain 25°C – 45°C temperature and 70% – 95% RH humidity via Digital Microprocessor Controller with Timer & Alarm. The unit is built in SS 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with 60 mm PUF Insulation, and sealed with 2× Full-View Double-Pane Glass Doors.
The RB-2TR weighs approximately 195 kg and ships with RotoBake's 1-year parts & labour warranty. RotoBake has manufactured bakery machinery in New Delhi since 1964 and exports proofers and other bakery equipment to bakeries across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.
