RB-1TR — Single Trolley Proofer
The RB-1TR Single Trolley Proofer is RotoBake's single-trolley, 18-tray proofer, built for growing bakeries. It holds 18 trays across 1 trolley, sized for the standard 13" × 18" tray with custom sizes available on request, with external dimensions of 950 (W) × 800 (D) × 2050 (H) mm and internal dimensions of 760 (W) × 660 (D) × 1850 (H) mm.
Power supply is 3.0 kW / 220V / 50Hz / Single Phase, driving the Electric Heating Element + Steam Generator to maintain 25°C – 45°C temperature and 70% – 95% RH humidity via Digital Microprocessor Controller with Timer & Alarm. The unit is built in SS 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with 60 mm PUF Insulation, and sealed with a Full-View Double-Pane Glass Door with Magnetic Seal.
The RB-1TR weighs approximately 120 kg and ships with RotoBake's 1-year parts & labour warranty. RotoBake has manufactured bakery machinery in New Delhi since 1964 and exports proofers and other bakery equipment to bakeries across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.
