RB-4TR — Four Trolley Proofer
The RB-4TR Four Trolley Proofer is RotoBake's four-trolley, 72-tray proofer, built for large bakeries and industrial production. It holds 72 trays across 4 trolleys (18 trays per trolley), sized for the standard 13" × 18" tray with custom sizes available on request, with external dimensions of 3200 (W) × 1000 (D) × 2200 (H) mm and internal dimensions of 3000 (W) × 820 (D) × 2000 (H) mm.
Power supply is 7.5 kW / 415V / 50Hz / Three Phase, driving the Multi-Zone Heating + Central Steam Generator to maintain 25°C – 45°C temperature and 70% – 95% RH humidity via PLC-Based Digital Controller with Touch Display. The unit is built in SS 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with 75 mm PUF Insulation, and sealed with 4× Full-View Double-Pane Glass Doors.
The RB-4TR weighs approximately 360 kg and ships with RotoBake's 1-year parts & labour warranty. RotoBake has manufactured bakery machinery in New Delhi since 1964 and exports proofers and other bakery equipment to bakeries across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.
