RBO-136 Rotary Rack Oven
The RBO-136 is an ultra-high-capacity rotary rack oven built by RotoBake in New Delhi for integrated industrial bread production lines. It holds 136 trays (13" × 18" each) across a 45,016 sq. in. baking area, baking approximately 343 loaves per 25-minute cycle, or up to 100 kg/hr of cookies. The oven operates across a ambient to 350°C temperature range and runs on diesel or gas — diesel consumption is roughly 5 L/hr, gas roughly 4.5 kg/hr. Built in food-grade steel, the RBO-136 weighs approximately 3,300 kg with overall dimensions of 106" × 77" × 98". Every RBO-136 ships with on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training included, backed by RotoBake's 10-year spare-parts guarantee.
