RBO-72 Rotary Rack Oven

The RBO-72 is an industrial-scale rotary rack oven built by RotoBake in New Delhi for bakeries producing 3,000 to 5,000 loaves per day. It holds 72 trays (13" × 18" each) across an 18,986 sq. in. baking area, baking approximately 172 loaves per 25-minute cycle, or up to 65 kg/hr of cookies. The oven operates across a ambient to 350°C temperature range and runs on diesel, gas, or electric fuel — diesel models consume roughly 4 L/hr, gas models roughly 4.5 kg/hr, electric models roughly 40 units/hr. Built in food-grade steel, the RBO-72 weighs approximately 1,250 kg with overall dimensions of 97" × 66" × 92".
