RBO-36 Rotary Rack Oven

The RBO-36 is RotoBake's best-selling rotary rack oven, built in New Delhi for commercial bakeries that need reliable, proven daily output. It holds 36 trays (13" × 18" each) across a 7,776 sq. in. baking area, baking approximately 72 pieces of bread per 25-minute cycle, or up to 35 kg/hr of cookies. The oven operates across a ambient to 350°C temperature range and runs on diesel, gas, or electric fuel — diesel models consume roughly 2 L/hr, gas models roughly 1.60 kg/hr, electric models roughly 20 units/hr. Built in food-grade steel, the RBO-36 weighs approximately 1,850 kg with overall dimensions of 72" × 50" × 86".
