RBO-24 Rotary Rack Oven
The RBO-24 is a medium-capacity commercial rotary rack oven built by RotoBake in New Delhi, designed for hotel bakeries, catering units, and mid-size commercial bakeries producing moderate daily volumes. It holds 24 trays (13" × 18" each) across a 4,004 sq. in. baking area, and bakes approximately 36 pieces of bread per 25-minute cycle, or up to 16 kg/hr of cookies. The oven operates across a ambient to 350°C temperature range and runs on diesel, gas, or electric fuel — diesel models consume roughly 1.50 L/hr, gas models roughly 1 kg/hr, electric models roughly 12 units/hr. Built in food-grade steel, the RBO-24 weighs approximately 1,100 kg with overall dimensions of 43" × 55" × 82".
